Duties and Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain partnerships with community partners across Region 1 for off-campus recruiting and enrollment events focusing on special population demographics, including locations such as shopping centers, parks, libraries, festivals, and churches.

Attend off-campus recruiting and enrollment events for Perkins approved programs of study throughout Region 1, engaging with prospective students and families to provide information about the college, guide them through the application and financial aid processes, and represent the institution in a professional and welcoming manner.

Learn to set up, demonstrate, and maintain all Mobile Learning Lab equipment, including laptops, zSpace, 3D Printer, VR equipment, and other technology purchased with the Carl D. Perkins Grant.

Coordinate with Admissions, Advising, Financial Aid, and departmental faculty to attend off-campus recruiting and enrollment events when possible.

Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

40 hours a week required. Hours will be based on events and regular college working hours (M-F, 8 am - 4:30 pm). Evening and weekend work required. Summer Hours may fluctuate.

Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree.

Minimum education may be substituted for 8-10 years of related experience

Ability to work independently and as part of the enrollment team. Proficiency with technology.

Preferred Education: Master’s Degree

Preferred Experience: Knowledge of college enrollment processes and financial aid procedures preferred.
